At Roxberry Boutique, our biggest goal is to have our costumers 100% happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with in 10 days from day package is received, for full refund, less shipping cost.

received the item and also will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original payment method.

credit after a verification email, please contact your credit card company or your bank. It may
take time to officially process.
